Burger Bun Recipe

 Burgers are one of the foods that children like. This burger is in the heavy snack category. One meal is enough for children. Moreover, the composition is also very good. Because there are already carbohydrates in the bun and animal protection for the meat filling.



I used to often buy burger patties to make burgers at home. Because if you want to eat a burger, it's not possible to go out every time or buy it via an online motorbike taxi. It's wasteful, hahaha.

Finally tried making my own bun at home. Surprisingly, the results were delicious. The bun is soft. And when stored for a few days, the buns are still really good.

And this is the recipe for the burger bun

Material A:

60 gr milk

27 grams of water

20 gr wheat flour

Heat all ingredients for 25-30 seconds until thickened, turn off the heat, remove from heat

Material B:

120 gr milk (warm condition)

9 grams of fermipan

320 gr bread flour

35 gr granulated sugar

7 grams of salt

2 egg yolks

1 egg white

42 g butter

How to make:

1. In a bowl, add flour, sugar and yeast. Stir well.

2. Add milk. Knead.

3. Add ingredients A. Knead.

4. Add the eggs. Knead.

5. Add salt and butter. Add a little butter then knead. Continue like this until the butter runs out.

If it's still sticky, sprinkle with a little flour and continue kneading until smooth

6. Round the dough and cover with a napkin. Wait 60 minutes

7. Punch down the dough. Divide the dough into 60 grams each. Fold inward until smooth and round.

8. Place on a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine, let stand 60 minutes.

9. Brush the surface of the burger bun with a mixture of egg white and sweetened condensed milk. Sprinkle sesame seeds.

10. Bake at 190 degrees for 16-18 minutes in the middle, top and bottom heat.

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator, then grease it with egg and milk after baking.

11. When it's cooked, remove pan 1 and put in pan 2

Spread hot with margarine to make the surface of the bread shiny.
