Basic Bread Dough Recipe

The basic bread dough becomes its own peer. Because everything is determined by the bread itself. So when I got a basic bread recipe that could be made in various ways, I was very happy.



The basic dough for this bread tastes more savory, so if you want to make sausage bread you can really do it. Made basic bread for mini pizzas is also okay.

If you want to make sweet bread, you can add 2 spoons of granulated sugar to the dough.

Come on, here are the ingredients and how to make it

Material A:

200 grams of chakra flour

50 grams of triangular flour

5 grams of instant yeast

55 grams of granulated sugar

1 gram bread improver

1 egg

110 cc cold milk

Material B

40 gr butter

1/2 tsp salt

How to make :

1. Mix all ingredients A until it is half smooth (the dough doesn't stick to the bowl)

2. Add ingredient B, stir again until smooth, elastic, the dough is soft and stretches

3. Let stand until doubled in size, around 40-60 minutes

4. Punch down, punch the dough, weigh 60 grams, roll into balls, let rest for 15 minutes.

5. Roll out the dough, shape it lengthwise like a roll, or you can also use it as a pizza base.

6. Let stand 40-60 minutes until it doubles in size

7. Oven at 180 degrees for 13-15 minutes until cooked.

Oh yes, you can make this basic bread dough frozen. So, the frozen position is already in the form of a circle per loaf.

Before putting it in the oven, take it out of the freezer, wait until the dough is at room temperature. Just in the oven.

It still tastes good, but it's just better if it's just made fresh, hehe.
