Everyone definitely likes to eat fried chicken. Starting from American style fried chicken, to traditional fried chicken. Our family prefers traditional fried chicken with ungkep spices because it tastes delicious.
Apart from being delicious, it tastes better because the spices are absorbed well. Uncovering doesn't take long and can be combined with other homework. So while we're hanging out with chicken, we don't need to hang out in front of it, hehe
Material:
1/2 kg chicken, cut into pieces according to taste. It's even better to use free-range chicken. :D

ground spices :
6 cloves of garlic
3 cm turmeric
3 candlenuts
1/2 tsp ground pepper
5 cm ginger
3 lime leaves, remove the leaf bones
complementary spices:
1 stalk lemongrass, keprek
5 cm galangal. Keprek, (sometimes you can grate it too)
1 bay leaf
2 tamarind eyes
granulated sugar 1 tbsp
salt to taste
How to make :
1. Sissolve the ground spices and complementary spices with sufficient water. boiled until boiling.
2. Then add the chicken. Keep simmering over low heat until the chicken is tender and the water dries up.
3. Turn off the heat. chicken ready to fry.
NB:
* If you like, (remember cholesterol); Add enough cooking oil to the remaining roasting spices, continue to cook over low heat until thickened. later sprinkled over fried chicken.
* This chicken stuffing can last for several days in a closed container in the refrigerator. If you want to eat, just fry it. hehehheeee
