Marble Cake Recipe

What I like most when making cakes is that the process is relatively easy compared to when I bake other types of cakes. Just prepare the ingredients, mix and bake.



This time I tried the marble butter cake practice, I wanted a cake with chocolate but didn't want one full of chocolate.

This marble cake is a dense cake. So if you eat this you will be full hehe.

Ingredients

5 chicken eggs at room temperature

150 gr all-purpose wheat flour

15 gr Cornstarch

15 gr Powdered Milk

135 gr Granulated Sugar

1 tsp Emulsifier/SP

100 gr Butter melt, don't boil

50 gr Vegetable oil

1 tsp chocolate paste, pandan, according to taste

How to make

Step 1

Beat all ingredients together except melted butter and oil.

Don't forget to sift all the dry ingredients first

Step 2

Once thick, add the mixture of oil and melted butter with a spatula and stir again. Don't leave any butter at the bottom.

Step 3

Take 1/4 of the dough, separate it and add essence according to taste. I use the brown one, just standard hehe.

Step 4

Pour the mixture alternately into the Tulban pan which has previously been smeared with margarine and sprinkled with flour

Then, use chopsticks on the kluwer2 so you can form the marble motif..

Step 5

Bake for 40 minutes, do a skewer test..

Remove and cut into pieces

Step 6

Dense, tasty, soft and filling
