Mini Pizza Recipe

Pizza is loved by many people. Both children and adults. But if you keep buying, it will certainly be wasteful on your wallet, hehe. So try making pizza at home.



Initially I wanted to make 1 large pizza for 1 family. But it looks like I want to try making mini pizzas. So there is no need to cut it into pieces and children can eat according to their needs.

This mini pizza is also good for children's school supplies. This pizza is still good for about 4 days, stored in a closed container. Just heat it up if you want to eat it.

But this recipe won't last for 4 days, it's already finished haha.

So, here are the ingredients and how to make it

Ingredients :

400 grams of high protein flour

200 grams medium protein flour

70 grams of granulated sugar

2 egg yolks

3/4 sachet instant yeast 

1 tsp Salt

60 grams Butter 

300 ml cold water

TOPPINGS that are in the refrigerator:

Tomato sauce 

Mayonnaise 

Grated Cheese 

Beef Sausage 

Onions (diced)

Oregano for sprinkling

How to make


Step 1

Mix all dry ingredients, stir well. Pour in the eggs and cold water while beating using a spiral mixer until smooth.

You can knead it with your hands, but make sure it is smooth and elastic.


Step 2

Add salt and margarine while continuing to beat until smooth and elastic. Cover with a wet napkin. Ferment for 30 minutes until it expands


Step 3

Take the dough and weigh 30 grams each and round it then place it in a baking pan that has been greased with margarine/baking paper. Flatten it to the side with the help of your hands.


Step 4

Add tomato sauce, I spread it evenly with a spoon, add pieces of beef sausage, sprinkle with grated cheese. Then spray on tomato sauce plus mayonnaise. Finally, sprinkle with Oregano  and chopped onions

Let stand for about 30 minutes until it expands.


Step 5

Bake for about 10-12 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. Lift it, immediately remove it from the baking sheet. Once cool, plasticize it one by two so it doesn't dry out easily.


Step 6

If you have mozzarella/quick melt, you can also make it, it will be even tastier + richer for sure.
